Once the form is submitted we will reach out within 24 hours. They will ask a few questions and verify your information, most importantly they will schedule an appointment to inspect your roof. You do not have to be home unless we need inside to diagnose a leak.

On the inspection day, we will inspect the roof and exterior, taking plenty of pictures of what we see, and meet to discuss your quote whenever is convenient for you.

  • No, unless you have a leak we need to see from the inside. We will be able to access the roofs condition and identify most issues from the outside. Once the inspection has concluded we will prepare our photo report and call to schedule a convenient time to discuss what we saw.

  • We serve all of Dalton, Ringgold, Lafayette, Chatsworth, Calhoun, Cartersville, Rome, Ellijay, and the surrounding areas. We can service areas farther with an increased lead time to service calls.

  • If you do not need a new roof, we won’t sell you one. Simple as that!

  • We proudly provide a 25-year workmanship warranty on roof replacements. Our warranty is backed by the shingle manufacturer so no matter what happens you are protected and covered.

    Our repairs include a 1-year warranty against leaks.

  • While shingle manufacturer is important we believe the most important factor in a long lasting roof is the installer. We offer several quality focused brands to help fit everyone’s budget. If you have specific brand you would like to use please mention that and we will tailor your quote accordingly.

  • Georgia does not require roofing or contractor licensing, and as a result, a bond is not required. We maintain a $2 million general liability policy along with workers’ compensation coverage. We are also members of the Roofing and Solar Reform Alliance, which holds its members to a high ethical standard.

  • If you haven’t already, contact your insurance company. They will need be able to determine if your home has the right coverages for your roof and help get you started on the right process.

    Don’t Panic! Be patient, don’t fall for scare tactics, and go into the process understanding it can drag on. Most policies give you a year after the storm to file a claim, so there’s no reason to rush.

    Be on the look-out for out-of-state storm chasers. If someone knocks on your door, do your research before signing anything. Proximity matters when completing the work and correcting any problems should they arise.
