Everything in this list is either best practice or required by building code, so each question is crucial to ask. The list is broken into three categories to fit the different parts of a roof install.

  • What is the wind warranty of the roof system?

  • What is the algae rating on the shingles?

  • What is the wind rating on the shingles?
